A bit more stress than I like

I can’t really bring anything new to the table, instead only repeat what others said: It needs speed control. It’s a good app and I like that it can put on an entire hour of Yoga practice, but it’s so fast at times it really stresses me out. Especially because I like to concentrate on form. This lady sometimes so fast you can only ‘hang through’ and I don’t feel like that’s very beneficial. So, bring on the speed control, that would make all difference.

Not a fan

The voice is not relaxing at all, and is distractingly annoying when she says “exhale.” Add that to the impossibly fast transitions, and this app amounts to a waste of money. Yoga Studio is a million times better and I found a way to get it to work on my mac through a third party app, so there’s basically no reason to buy this. Regretting this purchase. Could have bought a taco at Chipotle or something.

Love it!

This is the only yoga app Ive found where the practice really flows from one pose to the next. It really recreates the experience of being in at a yoga studio. You get a great workout with every routine. Highly recommended!

Love this app!

This is a fantastic yoga app. The yoga classes are challenging yet very relaxing. I use it to practice at home when I can’t make it to the gym. It also has a great pose dictionary to help me learn new poses.

I love it, i do yoga before work every morning. ive never used an app, but this was very good.

Hate it

I bought this app for use as a BEGINNER. I’m writing this review 30 minutes into my first 45 minute “beginner” session. Pacing is way too fast. It wanted me to do a split, and a head stand?! Wish i could get my $5. I never plan to open this app again. Don’t waiste your time or money.

You will only find a bunch of pictures and only a few videos. The pace is way to fast for people new to yoga. Don’t recommend at all!

It’s good - just needs ability to adjust speed

So far I really like having this to help with practicing yoga at home. However, there doesn’t seem to be a way to slow down practices, and that is a serious oversight that could result in injury. I really enjoy this app overall but can’t give it a higher rating until the ability to adjust the speed to our personal pace is added. Real-life yoga instructors always account for the speed of individuals practicing with them, and while this app’s speed is generally fine for me, it definitely seems fast for those who are beginners. I worry that people might try to power through it and hurt themselves as a result. Once this gets added, it will be a five-star app by me, as otherwise the application is very polished and easy to use.
