great!

this app is great for yoga in the comfort of your own home (or wherever you choose, i guess)...
not too much detail in the correct posture of the individual positions, so you might want to take a class or two to get detailed instructions on how to align your poses. but for those who are familliar with basic yoga poses its awesome! from 5 minute sets of sun salutations, to hour long classes its perfect for whatever youre goal is.
been using it everyday, twice a day and i can notice major results, not only outside but inside i feel "cleaner" too.
